I really like these tins. They have many uses. I will be using them to store items in my medicine cabinet - they fit perfectly on the medicine cabinet shelf. I can use them to store band-aids, hair clips, alcohol wipes, q-tips, etc. (see my picture). I placed a credit card on the top of a tin to visualize the size of the tin. I'm really happy with these and I plan on getting more of them to keep my medicine cabinet organized and maximize the space.

Ah! Something LARGER than an Altoid's tin! And very well made. These tins are perfect for small tool kits, first-aid kits, or mini-survival kits.

This is a pair of metal storage boxes similar to what throat lozenges used to come in. Although these are about a third longer and higher. These could be used as is or antiqued with holiday pictures, for Christmas, Halloween or Easter. They would make cute and sleek gift boxes. They are perfectly constructed, and are nicely shipped in a clean box with individual protective sleeves. They smoothly hinge open and close with a solid catch to remain secured. They could have a magnet attached to the back for placement on a refrigerator or craft cart. There are endless uses for crafting, storage or gifting. They are an excellent price and a unique find! One of mine came with a dent which is disappointing but it didn't affect my star rating because I assume that won't be the case for most buyers. It still closes fine even with the dent. I wasn't able to get the dent out with just my fingers but I suppose that means the tin has hardier metal.They seem like pretty normal tins and meet my expectations. Actually they also came with labels which I didn't expect and that was a nice addition for convenience.I see many potential uses for this. Some ideas off the top of my head: make an eyeglass kit; sticker storage; insert a foam piece and display enamel pins; put tickets inside; make a portable sewing kit; snack tin; polaroid storage.They seem fine.

At $16.99 these aren't the cheapest cases. Granted shipping is included and they look great. It's nice that they have a hinged lid and come with many labels should you need to reuse them or store a variety of different items in them. I like that I can storen Parker size refills with Energel refills barely fitting. The only thing that takes away from this product is the price. Seeing as you can go and buy tins with something in them I feel these are priced a bit on the high side. Though in terms of quality and convenience, they are excellent.I wish they cost a little less but given how perfectly they work for my pen refills I may end up ordering a couple more so I can keep all my refills stored in the same types of containers and keep my storage area looking consistent.
