These little tins made me feel like a wizard of organization. The sliding lids are oddly satisfying and don’t pop open if you sneeze near them like some twisty ones do. I use them for game pieces, screws, stickers, and whatever mystery bits end up on my desk. They come in two sizes, which is helpful for people like me who never know how much space 87 thumbtacks will take. Yeah they’re thin, but so am I before breakfast, and I still hold it together.

I got these for organizing my myriad game bits and bobs for both board games and role playing games.I like that these come in two sizes. The big ones are the size of a standard "mints" tin; the small ones are...well, a little smaller. The tins are all sturdy, and I really like the sliding lids on these: you don't have to worry about them popping open if you fill them a little too full; the downside being: they just. won't. close if you overfill them. But if you're putting in anything squishy, you can squish them down, and not have to worry about the lids coming off, so they'd be great for storing things like band aids and ear plugs in a to-go bag.I could wish the included labels were a bit bigger, as these ones are barely big enough to write anything on (in my normal-human-sized handwriting).I also like that these fit fairly well in my (adult male) pants pocket, so I can use them for my EDC kit.

The labels are very, very small imo so I'm using large labels from computer label sheets.These are sliding top tins, not hinged. They are shiny on the inside and are magnetic so my guess is it's a platting inside and perhaps powder coating on the outside, a type of tough magnetic paint.I'm using them for stuff like small tool accessories and parts.

I got these tins as a way to help me store some smaller items that I haven't been able to figure out how to organize. I got the 10 small + 10 large set, and am glad I did. The larger-sized boxes fit two of the items I wanted to store perfectly. The smaller boxes fit one item with a good amount of space on both sides. Not all of the items are the same size, so these boxes really came in handy when I needed to choose whether I could store 2 small items in 1 big box or 1 big item in 1 small box. The quality seems good, and the lids slide on these fairly smoothly. It's metal on metal, so as smooth as you can get with that being the case. The paint has held its own so far, and I haven't seen any signs of scratching or wear in the places where the boxes touch when I stack them on top of each other. The closing mechanism has held tight and still keeps the lid closed when it should be. Something that I'm sure some people will want to know is that these tins aren't airtight. So if you're trying to store dried plants or flowers in these, keep that in mind. My verdict is that these are a nice little stash box for trinkets, office items, or whatever you want to put in them. I would recommend them to any of my friends looking for this type of box.One thing to note. I wish they made foam or another soft material inserts that fit these boxes. So, if you had an item you wanted to put in here, you could cut or trim the foam insert to keep your item secure while the box is in your desk or backpack.

These tin storage containers are super versatile and perfect for all kinds of small-item organization. The possibilities are endless.The only downside: the smaller container’s lid didn’t quite catch securely when opening, and it felt a bit looser than the larger one, which had a much better fit.Not sure what to think of the labels as they are too small for the top of the tins and they are too wide for the sides and the color is not complimentary, would be better with a clear label with a white, gold, or sliver border.

These metal boxes exceeded my expectations. They are also sturdy metal. They arrived well packaged and with no scratches. I didn't realize at the time, but each box had a slightly small box within it. These are great for small gifts and little items you want to hide away in your purse, like advil, or bandaids, etc. They are great quality, easy to open, and work well.

I am not sure what I am going to use these little tins for but they looked so cute so I ordered them. They are made nicely and like the way you push down on the lid to open them. At the same time, they stay closed and don't open easily on their own so that things fall out. They would be perfect for candies, medications, jewelry, small gifts. I think they are nifty and I am definitely going to use them.

This set of 20 small black metal tins are great for storing small items or even for gifting! I intend on making magnets and using these as a holder for them for gifting. It comes with 20 tins in 2 different sizes (10 of each). The lids slide smooth across and at the end even clicks into place. There are no sharp edges, paint chips or dents as they are individually wrapped and then altogether in a sturdy cardboard box. The smaller size comes nestled in the bigger size. Small labels also come with the boxes although they seem a little too small and I most likely won't be using them due to that.

These tins came very well packaged. High quality box held them all snug and secure. Every one is individually wrapped and the smaller sized ones are nested inside each of the larger ones.The tins themselves are well made. The finish on them seems durable and the lids slide smoothly.I can think of a million uses for these, and you receive a good quantity of them so I won't be running out of them anytime soon, but when I do I will definitely be ordering more of this style.They also come with small sticker labels. I probably won't use them, but it's a nice touch.

My original review somehow got deleted. Thats really annoying. Anyway, 4 stars because the smaller container lids do not 100% cover the tin. Measurements are not 100% accurate. Plus you can use very little pressure on the small tins to just slide open the lid. The large tins are 5/5 Stars. Smalls, 4/5 stars. I will have to avoid using the small tins mainly due to risk of lid slipping open & contaminating my balm. The large containers? Wonderful! Better lids. Just seems better made then the small tins. But packaging was lovely. Every tin individually wrapped. There is a sheet of tiny labels. Labels are TINY. If you dont mind it that's great. Least I can use them for other things. Sorry this review isn't as detailed as my original. I can't remember everything. Disappointed that my original review was deleted. But this is a summarized version.

These tin boxes are a good size for craft storage. The labels are a bit small, but they stick on the boxes well. I like the sliding lid, which causes less movement than hinges. This makes it better for small items for crafts since it is unlikely to shake the items out just by opening it, which can happen if you have a clasp lid or a twist lid. And because it’s sliding, you can open it just a little bit so you can shake out a small amount.

Lovely little tins, ideal for storing all sorts of nick-nacks.Well made, all of my tins were perfectly shaped and with well fitting lids which slid easily on and off, whilst being held securely closed by the 'dimple popper' design. Good quality, evenly applied black paint finish to the outside, with shiny plain polished metal finish inside. There were no sharp edges or rough cuts or anything like that.Cleverly packed with the smaller tins stored inside the larger ones.

These make the perfect sticker storage containers. I plan to sell sets of stickers at my holiday craft fair and these turned out to be perfect. I don't plan to use the stickers that come with the set, I will print off my own with a holiday design. The tops of these slide open and shut easily. There are no sharp corners and the container is smooth all around. This set comes with 2 different sizes which is ideal for my projects. I am very pleased with these and plan to purchase more.

These small metal boxes close tightly, which is great to keep your items in them safely contained but they are hard to open. I bent in the lid of one of them trying to get it opened but once you realized you have to place more pressure on the edges to slide it, they are great. The boxes are compact a great for a pills in a purse or even small eye glass screws. They are very handy boxes to have and even come it two sizes.

I was looking for some small sliding tins to put incense in, as I’m experimenting with making incense, and have various scents in small amounts, so wanted something protective to store them in, so they wouldn’t get broken or wet. I tend to go with very short sticks for keeping in the bathroom with incense, so the smaller one (there are two sizes) worked great for that, while the larger ones work better for storing incense projects (cones and sticks). I like the sliding cover, because it’s easy just to slide it back enough to get a stick of incense out without having to take the whole cover off. These came all individually wrapped, with the smaller tins inside the larger ones to save space. The price of these is right in line with similar items I’ve found on Amazon.

Nicht zu fest, nicht zu locker. Finde ich mal anders als mit einer Klappe, gefällt mir. Die Blechdosen Stärke der Wänder/Material ist normal, wie man es auch von so Mintbonbons oder ähnlichen kennt, die in sowas sind. Sehr praktisch zu aufbewahren von kleine Dingen, die ja jeder irgendwie ansammelt :)

This is a set of five each of two different size slide lid containers. They're made out of a lightweight metal with a nice flat black finish on the outside and a plain metal finish on the inside. The metal is lightweight, but does not dent or scratch easily. The lid slips completely off but does have a slight bump to prevent it from coming off too easily. The smaller size nestles neatly inside the larger. They are not liquid proof, and I wouldn't put something like lotion or lip balm in them either. They have come in handy for storing small things like bobby pins and tiny hair ties, also for keeping track of small items during travel. Overall very pleased!

I got these for storing guitar picks and miscellaneous items in my garage. They are perfect for this! The slide open containers are nice for storing some of the shorter items, that I can pull out of the container without opening it up all the way.They also are great to have in different sizes for different items. They have been a great place to store drywall anchors, washers, and other items that just seem to flood our garage with each project or furniture piece we have to assemble.The materials are well-made, and the plain black exterior makes it easy to label but also helps them look a little less obtrusive than, say, peanut butter jars or butter containers. For the price per container, if you need multiples of these, then this is a great option!

These are those kinds of little boxes with the sliding lid that often have lip balm in them, but they care useful for a variety of other craft, storage, and gift purposes. The lids can sometimes be tricky, but I have yet to find any that don't stick just a bit; otherwise, they'd slide open too easily. Each of the lids slide off completely, and the top rim and interior of the lower half of the tins are a nice-looking medium silver color. The double borders on the enclosed white stickers are blue and are the perfect size for the tins' sides.Appreciate the clever packaging where they place the smaller tins, nicely wrapped for protection, inside of the larger tins.

I love these little tins. I stick down a magnet to cover the bottom (like ones you put on the back of pictures- thin magnets with a sticky backing) and then use these for pins and needles. Great to throw in your bag, or sewing case etc for when you are on the go. I like that these are matte black as well. I usually put stickers on them, but you could do so much more to decorate them.

I love these cute little tins! The covers slide to open and are easy to re-align if removed. There are no sharp edges. The exterior finish is a black semi-gloss and the interior is grey. The smaller size fits into the larger tin. I plan on using these to store game pieces. Because of their small size they fit nicely into a game box, helping to keep dice, and playing pieces organized. They come with labels too.

These boxes are perfect for travel and little things. I plan to take them with me on vacation for my medication, hair bands, makeup, q-tips and some art supplies. Glad they came with labels so I will know what's inside without having to open each one.
